General Terms
- WP Web Sites has the right to
monitor the customer’s website for the sole discretion
to remove any content that WP Web Sites finds
objectionable to the standards WP Web Sites builds
with its customers. Objectionable content includes but
is not limited to: Scams, Phishing, Pornography,
Spamming, Illegal Business Practices or Copyright
Infringement.
- WP Web Sites Customers are
solely responsible for any liability arising out of or
related to the web site content they created using our
service.
- WP Web Sites Customers agrees that
they will not hold WP Web Sites accountable for any and all
liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses,
including reasonable attorney fees and experts’ fees,
associated with any claim or action brought against you
the website owner related to or arising out of the web
site content.
- You own all the content you placed
into the website assuming it was original and does not
infringe on existing copyrights.
- WP Web Sites reserves the
right to modify and/or change these terms and conditions
at any time.
Fees & Cancellation
- You authorize WP Web Sites to
charge your credit card on a recurring yearly basis for
the service fee agreed to at time of purchase.
- Our Service and Setup fee includes
1 year of service and 1 year domain name registration
that is renewed yearly unless canceled by the customer
30 days before the one year renewal.
- You can cancel anytime no refunds
will be given at anytime.
- If you wish to cancel, simply
click on the "Unsubscribe" button below your website will be
de-activated at the end of the current billing cycle and
you will not be charged in the future. Any payment that
was previously made WILL NOT be refunded.
Domain names
- You own them. When you signed up
with WP Web Sites we registered a domain on your
behalf with Go Daddy.com. The domain name will stay
active as long as you pay the yearly domain name renewal
fees.
